Tickets now available for in-person and digital screenings running September 30 – October 9, 2022 in Toronto, Hamilton, Ottawa, London, Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. Some highlights from this year’s festival include:
- Friday, Sept 30th: Screening of Smyrna my Beloved (see trailer here) is at the HOT DOCS Theatre (in Toronto) with Q&A panel after including Canadian filmmaker, Atom Egoyan
- Saturday, Oct 1st: Scene & Be Seen is GIFFT’s exclusive event to mix and mingle with the stars, leading personalities and enthusiasts of cinema and Hellenic culture. Inspired by the L.A. Greek Film Festival’s signature event, it’s a chance to mix and mingle with film & creative types! Followed by the GIFFT Awards Ceremony and an After Party and taking place at the Papermill Theatre (in Toronto).
- Sunday, Oct 2nd: Echoes of the Past (see trailer here) is making its North American debut at the HOT DOCS Theatre (in Toronto) from 7pm to 9pm. Our NG committee will be hosting a post-event mix & mingle at Paupers Pub, right across the street from 9pm to 11pm.
