Through an interdisciplinary approach to nutrition, infants can learn to recognize their own diet with its features (Mediterranean diet, healthy, fasting, etc.) and link it to local products available in their environment. Also, by linking nutrition to social beliefs and cultural values, they learn the history of their place and its differences and similarities with other places.
