The HHF Greek Canadian Archives, the HHF Chair in Modern Greek History at York University, and the Hellenic Canadian Academic Association of Ontario welcome the Chijazz band for a tribute night to the songs that became anthems of the November 17, 1973, Polytechnic uprising.

These songs by Mikis Theodorakis, Stavros Xarhakos, Yannis Markopoulos and others inspired and mobilized generations of people in Greece and abroad against authoritarianism.
