The study addresses the issue of professional development that Greek teachers have received in Greek Universities during the 1990s and 2000s It also investigates the different types (types) of Greek educators teaching Greek-language abroad. By recording and analyzing the training needs of Greek teachers, ths study also attempts to explore whether Greek universities meet thei educational needs of the teachers in the diaspora
